I have served retail customers in Jacksonville since 1995 when I opened The Shepherd’s Shoppe Christian Book Store. During my ownership, the store grew from 3000 to 8100 square feet and is now located off Western Blvd Extension behind Batteries Plus. Through the years, I have endeavored to provide my customers with FAST, FRIENDLY, FAIR and HONEST service, and the best products available in Christian Books, Bibles, Music and Gifts. I have been married to my wife Karen for 24 years and we have two children. My son is a Sophamore at UNC Chapel Hill, my daughter is a Junior at Jacksonville High School. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Wesleyan College and served in the Morehead City Police Department for 12 years before moving to Jacksonville. For my entire adult life, service to the public has been an overriding issue. Whether in public service or retail service, I have learned to consider and evaluate my customer’s concerns and priorities, then to develop a strategy for meeting these needs. In 2005 I sold The Shepherd’s Shoppe and joined the team of real estate professionals at CENTURY 21 Champion Real Estate full time. Since then I have sold over $7 million in real estate. In 2007 I earned the Ruby Award for Top Producers in the Century 21 system and the coveted Quality Service Award for my customer service.
